New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll. Any changes made outside of the new hire enrollment period can only occur with a Qualified Life Event or during annual open enrollment. Changes to enrollment must be done within 30 days of a Qualifying Life Event.

The Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to make pre-tax deductions from payroll and then use those pre-tax funds for eligible medical, dental and vision expenses. The 2020 IRS annual maximum for the Health Care FSA is $2,750.

The Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to make pre-tax deductions from payroll and then use those pre-tax funds for eligible dependent care expenses. The 2020 IRS annual maximum for the Dependent Care FSA is $5,000.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) allow both employers and employees to set federally pre-tax dollars aside for qualified medical expense use. Funds placed in your HSA always remain with you and cannot be returned to Pluralsight. In addition, unused funds rollover each year. Employees will have access to their funds via debit cards and checks with WageWorks.

Pluralsight contributes up to $500/annually (single) or $1,000/annually (employees enrolling with dependents) into an employee's health savings account, which are funds to be used for qualified medical expenses. The annual HSA contribution limits for 2020 are $3,550 for an individual and $7,100 for family.

Individuals age 55 years and older are eligible for an extra catch up contribution of $1,000. 

 

Nothing is more important than family. That is why we want to make sure that your family is protected in every situation. Pluralsight provides all full-time team members with basic life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance on the date of hire. Pluralsight pays 100% of the premiums. You simply need to name the beneficiary of your choosing and change it as needed.

Benefit: Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment(AD&D) coverage in the amount of 2x your salary, to a maximum of $500,000.

For additional coverage, Pluralsight offers voluntary life and AD&D coverage at cost to the employee (For employee and spouse, rates per $1,000 of coverage are based on employee age).

Employee Benefit: You can purchase additional Life and AD&D coverage for yourself in increments of $10,000 up to a max of $500,000. 

Spouse Benefit: You can purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D coverage for your spouse in increments of $5,000 up to the lesser max of 50% of employee's elected amount or $250,000. 

Child Benefit: You can purchase Supplemental Life and AD&D coverage for your child in increments of $2,000 up to the lesser max of 50% of employee's elected amount or $10,000. 

The Long-Term Disability plan is designed to protect and provide all full-time employees with income if they are unable to work for a period longer than 90 days due to injury or illness. This is an extremely important benefit, in that it will provide disability income to age 65 in the case of a total permanent disability. 

This benefit is 60% of your salary to a maximum of $10,000 month. All full-time team members are eligible on date of hire and Pluralsight pays 100% of the premiums.

 

We’re committed to long-term value creation and sharing Pluralsight’s success together. We win as a team, which is why each team member is made an owner through RSU grants.

Pluralsight also offers team members the ability to purchase stock in Pluralsight through the ESPP, at a discount. 85% discount of the stock on the first day of the offering period or 85% of the stock price on the last day of the purchase period, whichever is lower.

Paydays are on the 15th and last day of every month for salaried team members. Hourly team members are paid on a separate biweekly schedule. Paydays that fall on a weekend are paid on the Friday before.
